Check out the latest install to come out of our NYC location! Team Kaplan worked on this project for The Licensing Company, an international ad agency with offices in NY, Munich, Paris and Tokyo.
The workstations are WorkIt! by Vitra, which are both simple and streamlined, a great fit for the open-plan space. It is a set up for 22 people in a bench-like set up install, which only took half a day.
We hope they enjoy their new space!
WorkSpaces NYC Attends the IFMA Awards of Excellence Dinner

WorkSpaces NYC attended the IFMA Annual Awards of Excellence dinner, which was held at the Pierre Hotel on Thursday, January 26th from 6-10 PM. This event recognizes the companies and individuals who have made significant contributions to our industry and the facilities management profession.
Over 350 people were in attendance, including our Team Leads, John DeBell and Brett Kaplan, as well as end-users, architects, and owner representatives. Our very own Mindy Williams-McElearney was the Chair of the Awards Committee, and emceed part of the ceremony, presenting each of the winners their crystal Tiffany award.
Congratulations to all participants, and we hope to see you again next year!

WorkSpaces New York: Open for Business

If we can make it here we can make it anywhere! As a leading workplace consultancy specializing in strategic design and furniture solutions for commercial environments, we proudly announce the launch of our new office in New York City! Located in the Chelsea Gallery District of New York at 511 W 25th Street, with an incredible view overlooking the High Line Park, we are looking forward to connecting with the Design community.
The announcement follows on the heels of our 5th year anniversary, which was celebrated while attending NeoCon®. Tom McGuire, our Founder and President of WorkSpaces LLC, shares his excitement on the opening of the new office:
“The launch of WorkSpaces in New York City represents the continued success of our industry, as well as our desire to bring our innovative Service By Design approach to solving commercial interior challenges to additional markets. Also, we are seeing an increasing trend of clients using local design firms for both national and international projects, and we expect our New York office will allow us to support our clients alongside our partners in the design industry in a much more comprehensive manner.”
Our WorkSpaces New York office is led by a team of local workplace experts who are members of the New York community, and understand the unique commercial interior needs of New York clients.
We are extremely excited to be servicing a new region, and we are looking forward to the opportunities that the Big Apple holds for us!
